About Portraits with Paws

Your personalised poster
Upload a photo you have permission to use, enter the pet name and choose a backdrop and colour. AI helps produce an illustrated preview and may introduce inaccuracies. Check the name, likeness, composition and artwork before ordering. A screen preview cannot reproduce printed colours or paper texture exactly.
You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded photo. You give us permission to process it and the requested artwork as needed to provide the preview, order, printing, delivery and support service. We do not claim exclusive ownership of your photo. AI-generated artwork may not be unique, and we cannot guarantee exclusive copyright protection. Buying a print does not include a downloadable file unless it is expressly offered. We will not publish your uploaded photo or generated artwork in our marketing without your separate permission.
Price and payment
The delivered price for your selected paper, size, destination and currency is shown before payment. UK enhanced matte and lustre prints use fixed size-based prices that include normal preview and processing costs. Other paper prices may vary with the current quote. We show the final delivered total before you pay. Delivery and tax: Orders are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT separately. The delivered total shown before payment includes standard delivery and all charges payable to us for that order.
The order is confirmed after successful payment. Print-resolution preparation and supplier processing continue afterwards. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you about the available options. Test checkouts do not create a paid production order.
Production and delivery
Prints are made on demand through our printing partner. Available sizes, papers and delivery destinations depend on the selected product. Delivery guidance: Please allow an estimated 5–10 working days from payment to delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Prints are made to order. Print preparation, production and transit all take time; a next-day courier service does not mean next-day delivery from ordering. We will email confirmation and updates as the order moves to printing and dispatch. Where tracking is available, it will be included. Contact us if your estimated delivery window has passed. We remain responsible for resolving a delivery problem with your order. Please check your delivery details before paying and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change or cancellation. We will check whether production has started and what options remain. Read the delivery and refunds page for details. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights that apply to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, or other rights applicable to your order.
Acceptable uploads and support
Only upload material you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful content, other people's private information without permission, or instructions intended to disrupt the service. We may stop requests that fail safety or quality checks. Contact orders@portraitswithpaws.com for help; we aim to respond within two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. This is a response target, not a limit on your rights.
