Email orders@portraitswithpaws.com. We aim to respond within two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. This is a response target, not a limit on your rights.

For an order, include the order reference and a short description of what you need. For a damaged or incorrect print, photos of the print and packaging can help. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

Before ordering

Check the pet name, likeness, backdrop and composition in your preview. Use Try a different design to return to the design settings. Choose another backdrop or colour and explicitly create another preview when ready.

After payment

Your order is confirmed after successful payment. Print preparation and supplier processing happen afterwards. Order updates cover confirmation, printing and dispatch. If you need to change anything, contact us promptly so we can check whether production has started.
